Policiesالسياسات

• We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.
• Orders placed before 4 PM are packed and prepared the same day.
• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 working days. Other governorates: 2–4 working days. Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays.
• The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. Orders over 1,500 EGP ship free.
• The courier will call you before delivery to confirm your address — please keep your phone available. If the courier can't reach you after two attempts, the order comes back to us.

• Pay cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives.
• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The total you see at checkout, including shipping, is the amount you pay at the door.
• We may call or message you to confirm your order before it ships.

Wrong size? Changed your mind about the colour? You can exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it.

• The item must be unused and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with the tags still on.
• Keep your order number — we need it for every exchange.
• Exchanges depend on stock. If the size or colour you want is sold out, you can pick another item.
• If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
• For size or preference changes, the customer pays the shipping cost.

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it if it has a manufacturing defect, or if you received a different item from the one you ordered. For anything else, we offer an exchange instead.

• We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, or have smells, stains, cuts or any damage from use.
• When we've sent a defective or wrong item, Cloaked 18 covers half of the shipping costs.
• Every returned item is received and inspected first. Once it meets these conditions, we transfer your refund minus shipping costs within 3–7 working days. Because orders are paid in cash, we'll agree the transfer method with you.

• You can cancel or change your order for free before it ships — message us as soon as possible.
• Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled. If you need a different size, receive the order and request an exchange.
• Refusing an order at the door costs us two-way shipping. If an order is refused without a valid reason, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee in advance on future orders.

• We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to process, confirm and deliver your order.
• We share your delivery details with our courier partner so they can reach you. We never sell your data.
• We only send marketing emails if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe any time.
